His experience encompasses design, costing, implementation, project management and support. He has been relied upon for decades by key stakeholders in growing businesses as someone who can provide authentic, impartial, expert advice and strategy and then deliver on time and on budget, time after time.
As a highly skilled professional with over 20 years’ experience in information technology, Shaun has worked both in-house and with various managed IT service providers to deliver IT services to SMEs and larger organizations. He consults and engages senior members at the stakeholder level to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and provide value to the business in line with strategic objectives.
To date, he has actively managed and technically contributed to over 300 projects in the last 10 years. With a focus on reducing operational costs through organizational optimisation, improving functionality, infrastructure resilience and making IT services easier to maintain. Whether it’s by facilitating the introduction of ITSM service tools, introducing business continuity, developing internal processes, reviewing IT policies or managing the delivery of infrastructure from the ground up.

Anthony is the embodiment of service delivery. Empowered by passion for service excellence, leading by example and by always putting himself in the shoes of the client to truly understand their needs.
Having worked in the IT industry for over 15 years, initially as a IT technician and then a service desk engineer, Anthony had made the natural progression to managing a team of capable engineers who deliver a fantastic IT service experience.
During his spare time, Anthony escapes from the reality that is all things IT by doing what he loves most, playing on his PS5 or his PC that happens to have a blazingly fast Nvidia RTX 3090 graphics card!

He is a flexible, results orientated and customer focused problem solver who can remediate and execute without delay on a myriad of issues. His vast knowledge, trouble shooting ability and support desk expertise across the Microsoft stack make him a valuable asset to our many SME to Enterprise clients and our team.
Luke has taken the lead and delivered several large scale deployments and migrations, and acts as the service desk team leader, a point of escalation and source of knowledge making him a key part of the service delivery team.

He has completed countless Wireless and Wired Network projects and is part of the backbone of the Micro Pro Service Desk and Projects delivery team. Nothing is too much trouble, and Ryan delivers on client satisfaction, Team focus and successful projects outcomes, again and again.
