Managing DirectorThe founder of Micro Pro. He is an experienced IT professional, who has specialised in helping professional service companies and their stakeholders overcome IT challenges and efficiently embrace technology while scaling from SME to Enterprise.
He has 20 years of IT solution design, deployment, support, consultancy and project management experience, gained in a diverse range of industry sectors, including Legal, Expert Witness, Accountancy, Managed Workspaces and Care.
His experience encompasses design, costing, implementation, project management and support. He has been relied upon for decades by key stakeholders in growing businesses as someone who can provide authentic, impartial, expert advice and strategy and then deliver on time and on budget, time after time.

Shaun Groenewald
DirectorAs a highly skilled professional with over 20 years’ experience in information technology, Shaun has worked both in-house and with various managed IT service providers to deliver IT services to SMEs and larger organizations. He consults and engages senior members at the stakeholder level to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and provide value to the business in line with strategic objectives.
To date, he has actively managed and technically contributed to over 300 projects in the last 10 years. With a focus on reducing operational costs through organizational optimisation, improving functionality, infrastructure resilience and making IT services easier to maintain. Whether it’s by facilitating the introduction of ITSM service tools, introducing business continuity, developing internal processes, reviewing IT policies or managing the delivery of infrastructure from the ground up.
Shaun is passionate about what he does and enjoys being able to make a positive impact to the way IT delivers solutions to scaling businesses, based on a framework of best practice.

Service Desk ManagerNeil is our service desk and team champion. Having worked in IT and client services for over 20 years, Neil ensures the Micro Pro service desk is meeting and exceeding the high standards we hold ourselves to. He is the rock of the Micro Pro team, solid, dependable and enduring.
Whilst he is a legend on the service desk and there are rumours that he once fielded 1000 tickets in a day, he is aware that there is no 'I' in 'Team'. He works hard to ensure everyone is motivated, trained and in the best position to deliver exceptional service.
As a senior team member, Neil is always striving to help our clients get the maximum benefit and value out of their partnership with Micro Pro.

Luke Chuter
Service Desk LeadAn IT industry veteran and client service professional with a decade of experience in IT support, service, and projects delivery based on an ITIL aligned framework.
He is a flexible, results orientated and customer focused problem solver who can remediate and execute without delay on a myriad of issues. His vast knowledge, trouble shooting ability and support desk expertise across the Microsoft stack make him a valuable asset to our many SME to Enterprise clients and our team.
Luke has taken the lead and delivered several large scale deployments and migrations, and acts as the service desk team leader, a point of escalation and source of knowledge making him a key part of the service delivery team.

Service Desk EngineerFrom a young age, Arnold wanted a career in information technology because of his natural affinity and passion for all things tech related.
Over time, Arnold has developed a diverse set of skills that make him a versatile and talented IT engineer. Known as the fixer, he mans the frontline that is our IT service desk and visits our clients on a regular basis to make sure we apply a hands-on approach to IT.
Arnold obsesses over Formula 1 Motor racing in his spare time and looks forward to helping our clients on a daily basis with their IT problems.
