24/7 monitoring means agreed systems, devices and services are monitored continuously, with alerts raised into Micro Pro’s support and monitoring platforms. It does not mean every alert is reviewed by a human instantly at all hours. Alerts are reviewed and handled according to severity, business impact and the support arrangements in place for your business.

Q: Is 24/7 monitoring the same as 24/7 support?

No. This is an important distinction. Monitoring runs continuously in the background, helping us identify issues, risks and warning signs earlier. Human response is handled based on alert priority, severity, business impact and your support agreement. Where a business needs enhanced out-of-hours cover, that should be discussed and agreed separately.
